Candice, Beth, Jules and the crew were all so welcoming and made me feel like family from the get go.
Not being a tenant for at least 15 years,I didn't know what to expect, I was also apprehensive of renting in a large group of apartments with a governing Strata Body.
Since being a tenant we have had a broken down lift and not great TV reception, both of which no-one was to blame. Again, the Di Prinzio team were onto the problem and both items were taken care of within 24-48hrs.
Thank you guys, I am happy with the service, the coffee and cake in the office is worth a mention too!
