Tracey has had over 20 years experience working in administration and personal assistant roles. From not-for-profit organisations to real estate, her passion is providing strong administrative and office support. From her first “real” job at the age of 18 working in a real estate office, she found a joy in being of service to clients who are in the exciting and sometimes stressful situation of renting, buying or selling a new home.

Tracey believes if she can make that experience a little easier for those she works for and the clients she is dealing with – then that is success.


As a wife and mother (to 3 beautiful boys) and a busy career – life can get busy! But she wouldn’t have it any other way. Tracey believes as long as she has a coffee in one hand and a focused mind on the important things – being family, friends, health and kindness – life is an adventure!
